Axentra Health provides:
Telehealth consultations with licensed providers
Prescription and over-the-counter product ordering
LegitScript-compliant e-commerce for health and wellness products
Secure integration with certified EHR and pharmacy systems
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use
our Services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and
complete.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Use Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
Not misuse or attempt to breach the platform’s security systems
Medical Disclaimers
Axentra Health Corporation is not a medical practice. All healthcare
services are provided by independent, licensed medical professionals.
Information on our platform is not a substitute for in-person medical care
unless provided through a certified telehealth consultation.
Payment and Subscriptions
By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen
ayment method. You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and renewals
nless canceled in accordance with our Subscription Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Axentra Health platform, including trademarks, software,
graphics, and data, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy,
distribute, or use any material without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violating these
Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. You may also close your account at
any time.
Limitation of Liability and Consumer Responsibilities
Axentra Health and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental
damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited
to the amount you paid for Services in the past 12 months.
By using this platform and purchasing any product—whether prescription-only or over-the-counter—you acknowledge and agree that Axentra Health, its affiliates, providers, and partners are not responsible for any adverse outcomes that result from improper use, off-label use, or deviation from dosage and protocol instructions provided with your treatment plan.
You also agree that you will not attempt to seek reimbursement, damages, or legal action against Axentra Health or its providers for issues arising from product misuse or noncompliance with guidance. This includes any failure to follow storage instructions, dosage frequency, self-administration techniques, or related wellness protocols.
You waive the right to indemnify Axentra Health or its affiliated providers from any loss, cost, or liability resulting from your use or misuse of any products purchased through this platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes
shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
